UzcaTech AB is a Swedish clinical and medical affairs consultancy built around a simple idea: biotech and pharma teams should be able to bring in senior, independent expertise exactly where and when a programme needs it, without committing to a full-time hire. Engagements can be a single deliverable, an interim role, or ongoing advisory support, scoped to whatever gap actually exists.

The consultancy works across the full lifecycle of a programme — from early protocol and study design, through KOL engagement and medical/scientific communications, to regulatory-facing documentation and post-approval lifecycle support. Each engagement is grounded in Nordic and EU practice and shaped around the sponsor's own timelines, team, and internal processes.

UzcaTech is built to scale with demand: it currently draws on a small, hand-selected roster of independent experts, starting with its founding consultant, and grows deliberately as new engagements call for additional specialist coverage.
